Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligible for Return

A return or replacement will be accepted only if:

• The product was damaged during delivery.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The customer does not like the color or design.

• The customer ordered the wrong model or size.

• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

• The product is custom-made or made-to-order.

Exchange Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong product is delivered, we will provide a replacement or exchange.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
